PROCESSING TIME
We ship worldwide from Milwaukee, WI within 2 business days upon confirmation of your order. You will receive an email with a tracking number after the shipment is processed.

SHIPPING CHARGES
Domestic shipping fees are $8.00. International shipping fees are $14.00`.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY
It usually takes up to 7 days for your parcel to reach you, however, small delays may occur on international orders.

*Shipping couriers are unable to guarantee estimated delivery dates due to ongoing global pandemic and high volume of shipments. Thank you for your understanding for the delays you may incur.

TAXES AND CUSTOM FEES
International orders may be subjected to local customs duties and taxes that Verranox is not responsible for.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
To start a return, please contact us at verranoxvintage@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery receipt. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Upon processing your return, we will refund the original order amount, less the return shipping fees.
